Photos  had  an impact,  but  this  Israeli  staesman  is notorious  for  twisted  version  of  politics. You  could  have  posted  some one  who  suffered  the  brunt  -  a  survivor  of  bomblast.

This is  a  small  suggestion  because  words  of  a  politician   have  many  subtle meanings .
